THE FOUNDER
Anja Sutter
I founded MICADO Gifting with the goal to make corporate gifting more meaningful. I have always been passionate for discovering local arts and artisans, walking over small markets, finding beautiful little shops with locally made treasures and getting inspired by their creators and ideas behind. During the pandemic I noticed that companies increased their gifting activities to bridge the physical distance to their teams, employees, business partners and clients due to lockdowns and home office. However, finding unique and memorable gifting solutions which make the recipient feel appreciated and reflect the company’s values are not at all easy to find – and it is mostly too time consuming for companies.

So I decided to found MICADO gifting and bridge this gap. Today, I am combining my love for exploring and discovering exceptional products and their stories with my professional experience of over 20 years in international companies in the area of corporate & brand strategy development, employee engagement and motivation, customer experience and business planning. Swiss and international companies trust in my advise of finding the perfect gift, building a comprehensive corporate gifting strategy which matches the company’s brand and values, and telling an exceptional story to extraordinary people through gifts that stay in hearts and minds.
